"If the facade of the CCTV building were a huge cement shell or just dotted with windows, such a massive volume of construction would create a tremendous sense of oppression on the surrounding urban environment and the people living in the city. A city is a group constructed of individual buildings, whether it's commercial skyscrapers in Abu Dhabi, buildings in Central and North America, or works scattered in different areas of Shanghai, Beijing, etc., we hope to create distinctive visual symbols through the use of glass as a facade.
Architectural glass is common, but good architectural glass is not. Glass reflects the design idea, it needs to be unique and functional, so letting more excellent architects understand a custom glass brand like GLASVUE will give more buildings a unique expression"
